Then I thought how much a note, a kind word, flowers, a phone call, a window visit or a pet that can ease that loneliness or fear that comes not knowing how bad your symptoms will be. Hoping it's not the worst. How little, "Acts of Kindness" can help so much to lift someone up when one is feeling so down.
